From fabric ‘waste’ to Backgammon Boards
These roll-up backgammon boards are made from what most clothing makers throw away.When we finish cutting our dungarees, small offcuts remain - pieces too good to waste but too small to turn into more clothes. Instead of discarding them, we turn them into colourful, one-of-a-kind backgammon boards.

Hello lovely people! I’m Jordan, the owner of Bambalam - and also the designer, illustrator and photographer behind everything you see here. From the first sketch of a print to the final product shots, it’s all dreamed up by me, right here in Cape Town. From there, it’s brought to life by my amazing local manufacturing team, who sew every groovy Bambalam piece you wear.
